There are 4 easy ways to order home purchase title work from John Bethell Title Company, Inc.

  1. Use our easy online home purchase ordering tool.
  2. mail the completed REALTOR® Purchase Order Form (or your company’s form) and any attachments to customerservice@johnbtitle.com
  3. ax the documents to 812.333.5063.
  4. isit our office at 329 South Walnut Street, Bloomington, IN 47401.

Email our customer service at customerservice@johnbtitle.com if you need our wiring instructions (if the total amount of funds required from any single party to the transaction is greater than $10,000 the money must be wire-transferred to the title company)

If You Are a Lender (Refinancing a Home)

We strive to make Lenders’ lives easier with our simple closing procedures. To place a Refinance order, follow the following steps.

  2. Email the completed Lender Refinance Order Form (or your company’s form) and any attachments to customerservice@johnbtitle.com
  3. Fax the documents to 812.333.5063.
  4. Visit our office at 329 South Walnut Street, Bloomington, IN 47401.

If You Are Selling Your Home (FSBO)

If you are selling your home, please call our office at 812.339.8434. Our competent, experienced staff will coordinate the following for you:

  1. Procurement of payoff statements for all liens against the property.
  2. Determination of any Homowners Associations dues that may be a lien on the property and any customary pro-rations.
  3. Determination of all pertinent real estate tax information and customary pro-rations.
  4. Preparation of an accurate closing statement in accordance with customary practices not inconsistent with the offer to purchase.
  5. Arranging for an attorney to prepare all required deeds and affidavits.
  6. Should you require or desire a Home Warranty, we can provide you with a 13-month Home Warranty through First American Home Warranty.
